Who We Are - This is HEART work
CLC is an implementation science firm that supports those committed to providing services with dignity and without harm. This includes employers aiming to foster a harm-free and equitable environment. We work closely with stakeholders to shape their Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) strategy through Racial Literacy. Our expertise guides REDI initiatives across various activities to promote awareness and sustainability of REDI practices.
