Growth Agent/Facilitator

About the Role

A CLC Facilitator encompasses every aspect of what we do at CLC and reinforces our commitment to improve lives. Facilitating with care and expertise is no exception. Care and expertise drives so much of what we do, and we look for experts in the field to lead the way. Do you have your finger on the pulse of DEI, Literacy, Mathematics, SEL, for business and mental health care? Can you analyze, build, test, support and maintain systems that will benefit CLC and those we serve? If so, we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Deliver informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective, continuously improving the curricula.

  • Support and lead the strategic design and implementation of CLC courses and programs.

  • Consults with leaders across CLC to assess the CLC learning needs of leaders, employees and stakeholders, based on current and future CLC implementation and strategy.

  • Design, development, delivery and evaluation of technology, process, and system training for all with Diversity Equity and Inclusion as a cornerstone of the program.

  • Expert understanding of adult learning, technology training methodologies, business process and staff development best practices.

  • Consults directly with CLC steering committee, consultants, project manager, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop training content and custom course content that combines system functionality with business processes and policy;

  • Develop courses that include instructor-led video on demand and print learning resources; deliver classroom and online training

  • Partnering with the CLC Executive Director and ABCs (Academic and Behavior Coaches) to define a comprehensive solution training strategy and assure cross training objectives are met.

  • Mentoring the ABCs to support the populating, organizing, maintaining, and updating a centralized content repository.

  • Support the ABCs user community with facilitation and coaching.

  • Reports directly to the Executive Director.


Job Type: Contract, Part-Time

Salary: Commensurate with experience
