
About the Role
A CLC Cultural Broker connects purveyor and intermediary businesses and individuals with nonprofits in search of providing services.
Requirements
Main responsibility is to seek and maintain relationships with purveyor and intermediary organizations.
Provides effective ways to build capacity, strategies to engage and mobilize communities, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training and facilitation, and transformative coaching.
An experienced change agent who is well-rounded
Committed to advancing racial equity
Intricately supports various projects and responsibilities; internal and external logistics, research, and project deliverables.
Proposal research and writing
Curriculum research and development
Support internal evaluation
Represent CLC as a trusted community partner with a focus on relationship management
Create and support material for various projects i.e. agendas, powerpoint presentations, reports, email correspondence, etc.)
Previous experience managing various projects at one time
Demonstrated commitment to advancing racial equity
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Flexibility, experiential learner, hungry to learn and takes initiative
Must be able to work independently and toward a common goal
Must have access to a computer or laptop with internet
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Workspace, videoconferencing, project management software, surveys, online scheduling
Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Job Type: Contract, Part-Time
Salary: Commensurate with experience
