We believe our collective potential is not solely reliant on our verbal declarations but, more crucially, on the sincere actions we put forth. By prioritizing racial literacy - which is the ability to process, reframe, and authentically respond to racially stressful interactions and narratives, we can actively contribute to establishing an equitable world, free from racial biases or discrimination.
